Ava the Fox, the AI setup guide

Hi, I'm Ava the Fox, your AI setup guide! Follow along below, or let me walk you through it one step at a time in the chat.

Download this guide as a PDF (also included with your purchase)

Setup, one step at a time

  1. Pick a format

Open the PDF to browse, the .md file to copy-paste, or prompts.csv in Google Sheets (File > Import) or Excel to filter by category.

Ava's tip: You've got this! Take it slow, there's no rush.

  2. Choose a prompt

Find a prompt by category (budgeting, crypto research, spreadsheets, side business). Each lists what to fill in.

Ava's tip: Nice! One step down. Little steps add up fast.

  3. Fill the brackets

Replace every [BRACKET] with your own details. Never paste account numbers, passwords or seed phrases into an AI chat.

Ava's tip: Look at you go! If anything looks odd, the troubleshooting list below has your back.

  4. Run and check

Paste into your AI chat app. Treat answers as a draft: check numbers and facts against original sources.

Ava's tip: Halfway-ish and doing great. Keep going!

  5. Save favourites

In prompts.csv add a column 'Favourite' and mark the ones you reuse.

Ava's tip: Woohoo, last step! You did it. Give yourself a cheer!

Troubleshooting

The AI gives financial advice or price predictions

The prompts ask for education and organization, not advice. If an answer predicts prices or says what to buy, ignore it and rephrase.
